(Whole Roast) 4 to 6 hours (or overnight)
(Brisket) 24 hours
Poultry:
(Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless) 2 hours to overnight
(Chicken Thighs, boneless, skinless ) 2 hours to overnight
(Duck Breast, boneless, skinless) 2 hours to overnight
